PRICES:

On weekends there is a two night minimum, priced at $275.00 per night, based on one to four person occupants. There is an additional charge of $35.00 per adult (16 or older) per night and $20 per child per night.

Holidays are priced the same as weekends and might have a three night minimum.

Weekday rates are $185.00 per night with an additional charge of $25.00 per adult (16 or older) per night and $15.00 per additional child per night. A 6% tax also applies.

Large groups and extended stays:Large groups and extended stays, rates may be negotiable. Call for weekly and monthly stays.

Pets: Obedient pets are welcome at the rate of $35 per pet per stay. If pets are to be left unattended in the retreat they must be left in a pet carrier.

POLICIES:

Minimum Age:
You must be 21 years of age.

Damages:
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.

Fireplaces:
Fires are not permitted in our accommodations during the summer months.

Pets:
Pets are allowed at the rate of $35 per pet per stay. If pets are to be left unattended in the retreat, they must be kept in a pet carrier.

Driving Conditions:
This is a rural country area and most roads are well maintained. Some roadways are curvy and steep and my cabin has gravel driveways. While they are routinely maintained, it can be bumpy or slippery at times. We recommend four-wheel drive whenever possible, especially during the winter. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.

Weekends:
Weekends stays require both Friday and Saturday nights. If you choose a Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday stay both nights will be charged at the weekend rate, unless special arrangements are made for an additional fee.

Holidays:
Holidays are charged at the weekend rate, and usually have minimum stay requirements (call for exact dates). Holiday weekends always have a three day minimum stay requirement.

Payment:
Advance payment is required at the time of reservation. There is a 6% lodging tax to be added to rates. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.

Cancellations:
Reservations that are cancelled forfeits 100% of the payment. In the event of an early departure, we cannot give any kind of refund. There are no cancellations due to inclement weather.

Check-In:
Check-In is 4:00pm or later. We will do our best to have your cottage ready for you at 4:00pm, but there are rare occasions when additional cleaning may be required. There is no refund in these situations. Check-Out:
Check-Out is by 11:00 am unless other arrangements are made. You do not need to come to the office to check-out. Simply clean up, lock the cabin behind you, and leave the where it was found. Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced so that we can make sure that Stone Ridge Retreat is ready for arriving guests.

Damages or loss:
The owner of Stone Ridge Retreat assumes no responsibility for personal injures damages or loss of items belonging to our guest.

Fireworks:
Absolutely no fireworks/firecrackers of any kind are permitted to be used anytime or anywhere on the property.

ATVs / Motorcycles:
Absolutely no all terrain vehicles, 4-weelers, Motorcycles or other recreational vehicles may be used on the property at any time.

Motorcycles as a mode of transportation:
Motorcycles as a mode of transportation are welcome, however they may be used only on the designated driveway and parking area.
