What are your rates?
| Weekday rates are $175.00 per night with an additional charge of $25.00 per extra adult and $10.00 per extra child. Children three and under are free.
| Is there tax?
| A %6 tax also applies.
| Is there a minimum number of nights we may stay on weekends?
| There is a two night minimum, priced at $250.00 per night, based on a 1 to four person occupancy. However, large groups and/or extended stays are negotiable. Call for weekly or monthly rates.
| How much extra is it per person per night?
| There is an additional charge of $35.00 per night per extra adult; extra children are $15.00 per night. Children three and under are free. | Large Group rates are negotiable. Are rates higher on holidays?
| Holidays are priced the same as weekends and might have a three night minimum.
